License Terms (EULA)
These license terms govern your use of Dzine Digital downloadable products and plugins.
1. Grant of license
Subject to your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product for the number of sites or seats described at purchase.
2. Permitted use
- Use the product in production for your own site(s) or your client’s site(s).
- Make reasonable backup copies for archival or disaster recovery.
3. Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the product as-is.
- No removal of proprietary notices or license headers.
- No use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Updates and support
Where included, updates and support are provided for the period described at purchase. After that period, renewal may be required for continued access.
5. Ownership
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the products and associated intellectual property, except for the limited license granted here.
6. Termination
We may terminate this license for material breach. Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy copies, except for data generated by or stored within your systems.
7. Warranties and liability
Products are provided "as is" without warranties except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable license.
8. Open-source components
Some products may include open-source components subject to their own licenses. Those licenses will govern the components they cover.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
