Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of our website and services. By accessing Dzine Digital, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Dzine Digital Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (No. 15952841). References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Dzine Digital Ltd.
2. Using our services
Subject to a separate statement of work or master services agreement, we provide design and software development services. You agree not to misuse our services or violate applicable laws.
3. Proposals, pricing, and payment
Project pricing, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the proposal and/or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by law.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, and unless otherwise agreed, you receive ownership or a licence to the deliverables as detailed in the agreement. Pre‑existing IP, internal tools, and generic components remain our property.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will treat confidential information shared by the other as confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement, subject to customary exclusions.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided “as is” without other warranties. You are responsible for determining fitness for your intended use.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days of notice. Upon termination, you will pay for work performed to date and any committed costs.
9. Third‑party services
We may rely on third‑party platforms and services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
